Vern is our Exemplary Employee for September. He works as a Buyer in Pipeline Health’s Purchasing Department. He joined the Gardena team in March 2010. Here is what his nominator said about him:
Vern has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in his role as Buyer in Purchasing. His hard work, dedication and attitude have made a significant impact on the team and have contributed to the company’s achievement.
Vern goes above and beyond to get all supplies for the entire facility in a timely manner, no matter what the challenges we are facing. He is also great at assisting others in other facilities in the Pipeline Health family. Vern has been known to make the impossible possible with his knowledge of supply chain.
