About Gastroenterology
Memorial Hospital of Gardena offers comprehensive Gastroenterology services, simply referred to as GI Care, with the purpose of preventing or treating diseases affecting the digestive tract. Our diagnostic evaluations and preventive tests are recommended for all individuals with a family history, gastrointestinal disease, cancer, as well as those over the age of 50. However, patients suffering from stomach pain, ulcers, hemorrhoids, gallstones, or heartburn can also get the care they need here at MHG.

- Argon Plasma Coagulation Colonoscopy (APC Colonoscopy)
- Colonoscopy, flexible; with endoscopic ultrasound examination limited to the rectum, sigmoid, descending, transverse, or ascending colon and cecum, and adjacent structures (ERUS)
- EGD with Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
- Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
- Insertion of PEG Tube
