Elizabeth Moreno has received the Exemplary Employee Award for December. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Moreno is a Patient Relations Representative working in Nursing Administration. She joined the Gardena team in September 2003. Moreno was nominated by two patient family members who had this to say:
“Elizabeth is very sweet. She was compassionate, helpful, and helped me with a lot of information.”
“Elizabeth greeted me with a smile. Right when I entered, I felt instantly better by the presence of this person in the front. She is a good person, very respectful, and she helped us with all of our questions. She treated my family and me with respect. Thank you for treating us well. Elizabeth is the type of person that should be in all the hospitals.”
