Gabby is a Patient Access Representative in our Admitting department. She joined our hospital team in October 2002.
Gabby was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Gabby has been working in Admitting for more than 20 years. She is the expert in the Admitting department. She knows 99 percent of all admitting functions. Customer service is in her DNA. Gabby is the number 1 person to go if you ever need help in admitting a patient. She sits in the front desk and plays her role as the admitting face very well. She will always go the extra mile for any patient in need.
“She has excellent communication with family members. She is very detailed when it comes to providing information in addition to any registered or pre-registered accounts. Her notes are clear and straight to the point. She always has the right attitude. She is a team player and an awesome model to follow for our Admitting department.”
